Molly Page

Molly Page is an Assistant Professor of Game and Interactive Design in the department of Digital Media and Animation within the School of Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, and Technology at SUNY Alfred State College of Technology. An alumni of AU, Molly received her MFA in Film and Electronic Media from American University with dual-concentrations in Game and Interactive Media Design and Art in Entertainment (’20). She received her BA in Japanese Language and Literature, with a minor in Film Studies and significant coursework in Computer Science and Engineering, from The George Washington University (’18). Her projects and research span both the technical and aesthetic sides of immersive media (extended reality, volumetric video, interactive design), game development, 2D and 3D animation, filmmaking, photography, and interactive technologies, and she spends considerable time experimenting with emerging media technologies and authoring interactive narratives.
