Sophia is a senior completing her degree in film and media arts with a minor in environmental science. She has recently been commissioned by American University to create a video addressing bias in the Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) surveys, and is completing her capstone Disposable DC which addressed environmental racism in our nation’s capital. She combines her passion for social equity with environmentalism to create compelling environmental documentaries for social change.
